Marketing & Applications Engineer

This role focuses on defining and debugging analog and mixed-signal Hot Swap Controller and electronic fuse IC products, developing reference circuits, writing application/design notes, and providing technical support and training. It entails collaborating with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing, and may involve up to 10-20% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Debug Hot Swap controllers and efuse products, generate test reports, and present findings.
• Develop application reference circuits and power management solutions for Server products.
• Write datasheets, application notes, and papers to promote MPS products.
• Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in switch-mode power supplies, preferably with previous DCDC system or IC experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Previous experience in a power supply manufacturer or power management IC company preferred.
• BSEE or higher required.
