Our platform supports some of the most demanding space, defense, and aerospace missions, offering exceptional performance alongside ease of deployment, monitoring, procurement, and upgradeability.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together expertise across cloud computing, artificial intelligence, communications and sensing, embedded systems, and related fields.
We are building advanced, software-defined satellite and RF communication solutions for defense, aerospace, and commercial customers worldwide. Our mission is to enable secure, resilient, and intelligent communications anywhere on the planet. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Sales Engineer who can effectively connect customer challenges with cutting-edge technical solutions.
The Position
As a Sales Engineer, you will be a key technical contributor within the go-to-market organization. Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will translate customer requirements into tailored solutions and lead pre-sales activities that demonstrate the value and capability of our technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business development and sales teams to qualify opportunities and support deal closure through strong technical insight
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and field trials for satellite communication systems
- Translate customer requirements into solution architectures and technical recommendations
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and responses to RFPs
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting system integration, configuration, and performance optimization
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product and feature development
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, systems engineering, or technical solutions roles
- Strong technical understanding of SATCOM, RF technologies, and software-defined radios (SDR)
- Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) and embedded systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer engagements, demonstrations, and events
Nice to Have
- Experience in defense or aerospace environments
- Proficiency with tools and languages such as MATLAB, Python, C, or C++
