Sales Leader – Home Energy Storage (Remote, U.S.)

About the Job
Are you an experienced sales leader passionate about advancing renewable energy? Do you have a deep understanding of home energy storage solutions and a knack for driving sales growth? We are seeking a Sales Leader to spearhead our U.S. market expansion for home energy storage products.
In this role, you’ll lead our sales strategy, foster key client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the rapidly growing home energy storage market. Your insights and leadership will be crucial in guiding our team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Shape and implement a sales plan to expand our reach and capture market share in the U.S. home energy storage sector.
  • Build and Strengthen Relationships: Establish strong connections with distributors, retailers, installers, and end-users to promote brand loyalty and drive product adoption.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped regions.
  • Lead and Motivate Sales Team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery, address client needs, and align on strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and Report Sales Performance: Track KPIs, prepare regular sales reports, and present findings to senior leadership, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership: At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in the home energy storage or renewable energy industry.
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of home energy storage systems, including batteries, inverters, and energy management solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Vision and Execution: Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful sales strategies within a competitive market.
  • Based in the U.S. with flexibility for occasional travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support team activities.
  • Analytical and Results-Driven: Strong focus on achieving and surpassing targets, with a data-driven approach to sales performance and improvement.
