Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to help scale our breakthrough water security technology. We need a hands-on, problem-solving individual to design, develop, and optimize the manufacturing processes for our innovative desalination systems. This role is critical for taking our products from first builds through to high-rate production in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

What will you be doing?

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and production lines for our desalination systems.
• Lead Design for Manufacturing/Assembly (DFM/DFA) initiatives, including tooling, fixtures, and automation.
• Work cross-functionally to select equipment and define key metrics like cycle-times, yield targets, and cost-per-unit.
• Develop work instructions, process flows, and layout designs for new systems.
• Own continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs, increase throughput, and improve reliability.
