Business Development Manager
LATAM Tech Recruit is a subsidiary of USA Tech Recruit, specializing in sourcing top talent for tech industries across the LATAM region. We work with leading technology companies in various sectors including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and more.
Job Overview
We are excited to announce that LATAM Tech Recruit is expanding and looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in business development within the tech industry, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving growth, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Business Development Strategy: Define and develop the business development objectives and strategies to expand our client base.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities, conduct cold prospecting, engage with potential clients, and manage key accounts.
- Negotiations and Deal Closures: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including meetings with clients, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
- Customer Loyalty: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of experience in business development within the tech industry, particularly in recruitment or tech services.
- Proven track record of defining and executing successful business development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on market needs.
- Experience in cold prospecting, client meetings, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in management software, such as Bullhorn, and strong Excel skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
