Job Overview

 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Research and Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will conduct extensive research and assist in the recruitment process to identify, engage, and evaluate potential candidates for our clients.

There is no “perfect mold” for a successful recruitment consultant. If you’re ready to work hard and adapt as you learn, this could be the perfect role for you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media platforms, job boards, and candidate referrals.
  • Consulting with Candidates: Build relationships based on mutual trust, often coordinating relocations across different cost-of-living and taxation systems.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen and assess candidate CVs, applications, and portfolios to determine their suitability for specific job requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential candidates via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to discuss career opportunities, gauge interest, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Data Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Confidence in initiating phone conversations to build relationships with candidates—key to generating high output and increasing commission.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay fully organized.
  • Experience in sales or a sales background is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ethical and professional conduct with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
