 Electrical Manager
Location: US

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Manager to lead and manage electrical control systems design, virtual debugging, standardization, and on-site installation and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical automation, project management, and team leadership, particularly in the automotive welding and automation industry. This role involves close collaboration with clients, ensuring project delivery, and driving continuous improvement in electrical processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership:
  2. Organize and manage teams responsible for electrical control hardware design, virtual debugging, standardization, offline programming, PLC, and robotics modules.
  3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  4. Project Planning & Risk Management:
  5. Lead the development of implementation plans for each module.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks during project execution to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Client Collaboration:
  8. Lead technical exchanges with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on standards and requirements.
  9. Translate client standards into actionable internal processes.
  10. On-Site Management:
  11. Oversee on-site electrical installation, PLC, and robotics debugging activities.
  12. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during on-site operations.
  13. Project Delivery & Training:
  14. Drive project acceptance by resolving issues, preparing documentation, and organizing client training sessions.
  15. Ensure smooth handover of projects to clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  3. Work Experience/essential requirements/skills ::
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical automation, particularly in the automotive welding and automation industry.
  5. Proven experience in managing electrical teams and delivering complex projects.
  6. Technical Skills:
  7. Strong knowledge of electrical standards for automotive body welding.
  8. Familiarity with electrical installation, automation debugging, and project delivery processes.
  9. Ability to control costs for electrical solutions and brand configurations based on project standards.
  10. Language Proficiency:
  11. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  12. Ability to adapt to short-term overseas or domestic business trips and overtime work.
  13. Soft Skills:
  14. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  15. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
