? The Role
You’ll be a foundational hire, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the technical co-founder to design and build mission-critical AI systems from scratch. Expect high impact, high autonomy, and the chance to define our tech and culture.

What You’ll Work On

• Architecting AI agent systems and orchestration workflows

• Building scalable RAG pipelines and knowledge integration tools

• Developing memory and knowledge graphs that improve with every interaction

• Designing sentiment analysis, churn prediction, and customer health models

• Implementing AI observability and feedback loops for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in ML engineering with production-level experience

• Strong in LLMs, RAG architectures, and NLP

• Familiarity with LLMOps, AI observability, and conversational AI

• Startup-ready: proactive, resilient, and thrives in ambiguity

• Bonus: You already use tools like Cursor or Cody to 100x your coding
