Founding Engineer

We are looking for a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) with 1–5 YOE to join our small but mighty team of 6. We need a scrappy, product-obsessed builder who is excited about creating consumer experiences from scratch — something you, your friends, and your family will actually use. This is a foundational hire as we scale our platform and expand into gifting, digital experiences, and new product surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own and ship new product features across the full stack, with a primary focus on backend (Node.js), secondarily React web, and iOS as needed

• Build out our gifting platform, including Shopify integrations and new digital experiences layered on top of our physical card product

• Collaborate closely with our world-class design team to translate creative ideas into polished, delightful consumer experiences

• Build artist-facing tooling that expands what creators can publish and sell on the platform

• Shape engineering culture, processes, and standards as one of our earliest engineering hires — reporting directly to the CEO
