As a Procurement Certification Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical components. You will collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure the successful negotiation, selection, and management of suppliers. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining our cost competitiveness and supply continuity.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical components to support our integrated solutions.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination
  • Lead the daily operations involving technical, quality, and delivery teams.
  • Manage business negotiations, bidding processes, and supplier selection.

• Cost Management
  • Establish, maintain, and enhance the purchasing business and cost baselines.
  • Ensure a competitive cost advantage for our product categories.

•  Supply Resource Management
  • Implement measures to secure and align supply resources with demand.
  • Proactively negotiate supplier resources to support core product development and delivery.
  • Enhance the purchasability of materials and continuity of supply while preventing major supply and quality issues.

• Supplier Relationship Management
  • Engage in routine management and performance evaluation of suppliers.
  • Foster communication and relationships to maintain a competitive advantage in supplier cooperation.

Requirements

• Experience
  • Over 3 years of experience in the automation industry; experience in a similar field is preferred.
• Procurement Knowledge
  • Proficient in procurement processes and supplier management.
• Negotiation Skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities to drive mutually beneficial agreements.
• Analytical Skills
  • Excellent supplier analysis, demand investigation, cost analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Risk Management
  • Awareness of internal risk control processes.
